As the Director of Demand Generation , you’ll play a key role in shaping enterprise-wide growth through demand generation, marketing automation, digital experiences, personalization, and member journey strategy. Reporting to the VP, Marketing Planning & Operations, you’ll lead a team of marketing professionals while partnering closely with Business Units, IT, Digital, Commercial, Analytics, Compliance, and Marketing leadership . What You’ll Do:Lead the enterprise demand generation strategy, aligning acquisition, deposit growth, lending, digital adoption, retention, and relationship-growth initiatives with broader organizational objecti ves.Own the marketing automation and member journey strategy, developing personalized, behavior-based experiences across the full member lifecycle to improve engagement, conversion, onboarding, product adoption, retention, and re-engagem ent.Drive the digital marketing strategy across website, email, paid media, SEO, and other omnichannel channels, using performance data and customer insights to continually improve resu lts.Develop and advance the MarTech roadmap, including Salesforce-enabled marketing capabilities, automation, personalization, next-generation CRM readiness, and emerging AI-powered marketing applicati ons.Lead the evolution of AI-driven demand generation, including AI-powered audience segmentation, predictive marketing, content development, campaign optimization, GEO/AEO, and next-generation personalizat ion.Partner across Marketing, IT, Digital, Data & Analytics, Commercial, Compliance, and business leadership to connect marketing initiatives with enterprise priorities and ensure effective integration of technology, data, and member experien ces.Establish meaningful performance measurement and accountability, partnering with Analytics to develop KPIs, attribution models, dashboards, and reporting that demonstrate marketing contribution, ROI, acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue imp act.Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, creating a culture of collaboration, experimentation, accountability, continuous learning, and data-driven decision mak ing. What You’ll Bring:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be cons idered.10+ years of progressive marketing leadership expe rience.Proven leadership experience across demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, CRM, marketing automation, or customer lifecycle marketing, preferably within financial services or another highly regulated in dustry.Demonstrated success developing marketing strategies that generate measurable growth in customer/member acquisition, revenue, deposits, lending, engagement, or ret ention.Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or enterprise marketing automation platforms, along with digital channels including website, email, paid media, a nd SEO.Deep understanding of segmentation, personalization, omnichannel marketing, journey orchestration, analytics, attribution, and full-funnel customer enga gement.Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and bring cross-functional teams together around shared prio rities.A collaborative, innovative, data-driven leader who is comfortable balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution and continuous impro ment.
