Lead Valet Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and dependable Lead Valet Attendant to oversee daily valet operations and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, lead by example, and remain flexible with work hours when coverage is needed. This role requires a customer-focused mindset and the ability to support both guests and valet staff.

A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. Responsibilities

• Lead and support valet attendants during daily operations
• Deliver excellent customer service and address guest needs professionally
• Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management
• Assist with coordinating vehicle flow and valet coverage
• Ensure valet procedures and service standards are followed
• Step in to assist with valet duties as needed during peak times
• Maintain a dependable attendance record and punctuality

Qualifications

• Reliable, dependable, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexible availability when additional hours or coverage is required
• Prior valet or parking experience required
• Previous Supervisor or Lead Experience preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to drive manual and automatic transmissions
