On-site - San Juan 1-3 Yrs Exp High/Senior High School Full-time Job Description Government Mandated Benefits Sales Assistant / Sales Associate is responsible for actively promoting and selling products owned by and under license from MAMAL Corporation to potential and existing customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet sales targets. The Sales Assistant / Sales Associate will represent the company in a professional manner, build positive relationships with customers, and work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve organizational goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Greet customers upon arrival and assist them in locating products. Demonstrate a pleasant and calm personality when dealing with customers. Provide detailed product information, features, and benefits to assist customers in their purchasing decisions. Offer assistance in selecting apparel.

B. SALES AND REVENUE GENERATION

Strive to meet monthly sales quotas and individual sales targets. Actively engage customers to promote and sell merchandise. Utilize up‑selling and cross‑selling techniques to increase average transaction value. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

C. STORE OPERATIONS

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas. Monitor and replenish/request merchandise on the sales floor as needed. Assist in inventory management, including stock counting and restocking.

D. CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

Build rapport and establish long‑term relationships with customers to foster repeat business. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints courteously and professionally. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage loyalty. E. TEAM COLLABORATION AND CONTRIBUTION TO A HEALTHY WORK ENVIRONMENT Collaborate effectively and share knowledge with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer service. Communicate openly and honestly, respect each other's roles, and assist colleagues when needed. Create an inclusive and supportive atmosphere that boosts morale and productivity. Take initiative, anticipate needs, and strive for continuous improvement in daily operations.

F. DEDICATION

Maintain punctuality and attendance as per company policies. Willingly work during scheduled rest days or outside regular shift hours when required.

G. COMPLIANCE AND SECURITY

Adhere strictly to store policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times. Maintain awareness of and contribute to loss prevention measures. Report any suspicious activities or security concerns promptly.

H. PROPER UNIFORM

Wear the prescribed uniform at all times while on duty, ensuring it is clean, pressed, and in good condition. Follow the company’s grooming standards, including not wearing any apparel that is in competition with the company. Maintain a professional appearance that reflects the brand’s image.

OTHER RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES

Attend all trainings, seminars, and meetings as required. Comply with orders and instructions given from time to time by the Management through its authorized representatives. Share knowledge and experiences to enhance team performance. Handle sales transactions and reporting with honesty and accuracy.
