ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I'm excited to be building my brand-new State Farm agency in 2026 with a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked as an Auto Adjuster and Quality Assurance Consultant - I've been in the insurance industry since 2006. I earned my automotive degree from Columbus State, am married with three children, and enjoy mountain biking and whitewater rafting in my free time.

Serving others has always been important to me. I'm actively involved in my church, participate in community outreach focused on the skilled trades, and conduct mock interviews at local vocational schools to help students prepare for their careers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Vadim Vinokur - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
