Key Responsibilities: Develop customized pipeline processes to identify all sales opportunities and qualify them for future sales forecasts. Define individual metrics closely tied to company objectives to ensure overall goals are met. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls. Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions. Train and Mentor sales team. Understand customer needs and requirements. Close sales and achieve defined sale goals. Perform compelling online demos to prospects. Qualifications: Experience: At least 5+ years of inside sales, account management, and remote closing with proven track record of sales and team growth. Education: Bachelor's Degree required Tech Literacy: Proficiency with CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to explain technical financial concepts simply. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Drive: A self-motivated, resilient closer who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven remote team environment while supporting their team. Passion: A strong interest in environmental sustainability, high personal integrity, accountability, and eager Compensation and Work Environment Full-time, W2 position Competitive base salary plus commission The position will be based in Utah and is required to go into our office in Salt Lake City.
