This role requires exceptional clinical skills and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.Responsibilities\n \n Provide comprehensive evaluations and create personalized treatment plans for patients.\n Deliver therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patient mobility and functionality.\n Document patient progress and outcomes accurately using Cerner charting.\n Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient rehabilitation.\n Educate patients and their families about treatment options and recovery strategies.\n Qualifications\n \n Current Physical Therapist certification is required.\n A minimum of 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred.\n New graduates are encouraged to apply.\n Ability to provide proof of a pending license at the time of submission is necessary.\n Work Schedule\n This position operates on a 5x8 hour daily schedule.
