Job Summary

We are seeking a driven, results-oriented, and highly skilled Recruiter III to join Options Staffing 360 . In this senior-level recruiting role, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment efforts across a variety of healthcare and professional staffing positions while serving as a trusted talent advisor to clients and hiring managers.

The Recruiter III will leverage advanced sourcing strategies, relationship-building expertise, and market intelligence to identify, attract, and place high-quality candidates. This role requires a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment, consistently delivers against hiring goals, and contributes to the growth and success of both clients and candidates.

Key ResponsibilitiesFull -Cycle Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating client interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding support.
• Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media platforms, referrals, networking, CRM databases, and passive candidate outreach.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future client hiring needs.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to evaluate skills, qualifications, cultural fit, and long-term career alignment.
• Present qualified candidates with detailed candidate summaries and market insights to hiring managers and clients.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Client Partnership & Workforce Solutions

• Collaborate closely with clients and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, organizational goals, and position requirements.
• Provide strategic recruiting consultation, labor market insights, salary benchmarking, and talent availability trends.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality, speed, and client satisfaction.
• Partner with account managers and leadership to develop effective recruitment campaigns and workforce solutions.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships through exceptional service delivery.

Business Development Support

• Generate referrals and identify new business opportunities through candidate and client interactions.
• Act as a positive ambassador for Options Staffing 360 in the marketplace.
• Participate in networking events, industry associations, and recruiting initiatives to strengthen the company's talent network.

Data Management & Recruiting Operations

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within ATS and CRM systems.
• Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, submittal-to-interview ratios, interview-to-placement ratios, and candidate retention.
• Ensure all recruiting activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and employment laws.
• Prepare recruiting reports and pipeline updates for leadership and client review.

Qualifications & SkillsRequired Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within staffing, healthcare recruitment, professional services, or agency recruiting environments.
• Demonstrated success managing high-volume recruitment efforts and meeting placement goals.
• Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of roles, including healthcare, administrative, clinical, and professional positions.
• Strong experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job boards.
• Excellent interviewing, relationship management, and candidate assessment skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare staffing, allied health recruitment, nursing recruitment, or medical workforce solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience mentoring junior recruiters or leading recruiting initiatives.
