You will be responsible for mitigating risk by identifying fraudulent patterns and making informed decisions. Additionally, you will de-escalate stressful situations with empathy and professionalism, while meticulously documenting all actions and contributing to process improvements. Key Responsibilities Conduct deep-dive investigations into merchant accounts to resolve fraud alerts. Analyze financial data to identify and mitigate risk patterns. Professionally de-escalate challenging customer situations. Maintain accurate and detailed records of investigations. Collaborate to report new fraud trends and suggest system optimizations. Must-Have Skills Proven experience in fraud prevention or financial risk management. Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities. Strong customer service and empathetic communication skills. Industry Experience Experience in financial risk management, fraud prevention, payments processing, banking operations, or fintech is highly preferred.
