Radiologic Technologist

This position is incentive eligible. New Hires may receive up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus. Job Summary We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist to provide high-quality, efficient patient care at CareNow urgent care clinics. Responsibilities Collaborate with clinic staff to coordinate care and ensure patients receive timely services. Perform all required X‑ray views according to provider orders, clinical practice, state law, and company policies. Document patient records, perform drug screens, urinalysis and other in‑house lab tests, and process specimens for reference labs. Assist front desk duties including greeting patients, checking patients in/out, end‑of‑day close‑out procedures, and lobby checks. Maintain, calibrate, and perform controls on lab/X‑ray equipment daily; inspect and report X‑ray artifacts; complete semi‑annual X‑ray inspections. Maintain records and logs of in‑house lab work, drug screens, X‑rays, and external lab work; perform scheduled equipment audits; ensure adherence to occupational procedures. Work closely with the Center Manager, Medical Staff, Front Desk Coordinator, and other clinic staff to maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Follow company policies for infection control and hand hygiene. May be required to work alternate shifts and to float to other clinic locations. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Services school. At least 1 year of clinical experience in a patient care setting (preferred). Registered Radiologic Technologist with ARRT certification (required); state licensure may be required. BLS certification within 30 days of start. Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification within 30 days of start. Federal Drug Screening Certification within 30 days of start. Within 30 days of employment or promotion, obtain and maintain any required state license for Office Laboratory Assistant.
