With a growing presence in New Jersey, our team is driven by compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to making a measurable impact in the lives of others. Role Summary We are seeking a full-time Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage a caseload of individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them access and maintain services in their communities. You'll serve as a vital advocate and liaison between individuals, families, providers, and state systems.
