Experience building Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered tools for employees or consumers, with experience applying AI to product development. Experience managing and developing end‑to‑end products from ideation to implementation, tracking and reporting success metrics, and driving improvement. Experience with product lifecycle and product development best practices, translating user insights into product requirements or digital solutions. Preferred qualifications Prior experience working with critical user journeys, focusing on identifying, addressing, and enabling the unique needs of different user personas. Familiar with People Operations (POps) product life‑cycle and driving results from pilot to scaled execution. Technical acumen with experience working with engineering or operations teams. Deep understanding of key performance trends, internally and externally. Adept at pivoting strategies and requirements based on user insights and rapidly evolving technical capabilities. Ability to influence cross‑functional teams, manage competing priorities, and influence design and product decisions. Oversee products from ideation through implementation, manage stage‑gate requirements, ensure launch readiness, and drive strategy pivots based on user data. Build strong ecosystem partnerships (PM, UX, Eng) and serve as a trusted advisor influencing executive leadership on critical design and investment decisions.
