Hardscape / Brick Masonry Installation Foreman

Starting Hourly Wage: $28.00+ Great Oaks Landscape, located in Novi, Michigan, is a recognized leader in the landscaping and hardscape industry for its landscape design-build and maintenance expertise. We are looking for a Brick and Hardscape Installation Foreman to lead our crews on our award-winning landscape construction projects. Job Responsibilities Supervise the installation of hardscape design projects such as brick pavers, manufactured walls, retaining walls, fire pits, and other outdoor living areas. Experience in laying brick, stone, concrete blocks, and other hardscape materials. Experience operating heavy construction equipment and masonry tools. Review landscape design with designer/project manager Train and mentor landscaping and brick crew employees. Supervise employees on the job site Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans and specifications as well as with the client's expectations Promote high standards for customer service, develop a safety culture and create a positive team environment Lead, train and develop employees on brick masonry projects.
