Role Description The Client Services Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Seattle, WA. This position supports the advisory team by managing day-to-day client service activities, including responding to client inquiries, preparing account documentation, and coordinating meeting logistics. The role involves maintaining accurate client records, processing account openings and changes, and tracking follow-up items to ensure timely completion. The Client Services Associate will collaborate with custodians and other financial partners to resolve service issues, assist with reporting and presentation materials, and help streamline operational workflows. This team member contributes to a high-quality client experience by ensuring clear communication, professional service, and consistent attention to detail. Qualifications Client-facing service skills, including Client Services and Customer Service experience in a professional environment. Customer Support capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and relationship management. Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to explain information in an accessible way. Foundational knowledge of Finance, wealth management, or investments, with the ability to learn firm-specific processes and tools. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency with office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar) and comfort working with client databases and CRM systems. Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.
