Are you a proven warehouse leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment? We are seeking a 2nd Shift Pick/Pack Line Lead to oversee multiple production lines and lead teams of approximately 25 associates per line. This role is responsible for driving productivity, quality, safety, and employee engagement while ensuring daily production goals are achieved.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their leadership career. As a Line Lead, you will play a critical role in managing workflow, coaching employees, maintaining accountability, and helping the operation meet customer expectations.
We offer a starting pay rate of $25.00 per hour and a clear temp-to-hire pathway, with the expectation of becoming a core employee based on performance, attendance, and leadership effectiveness.

What You'll Bring
Warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution experience
Previous leadership experience managing teams of 20+ employees
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
