City Legal Counsel II: Impactful Public-Policy Attorney

City of Chesapeake Virginia

The City of Chesapeake, VA seeks an experienced Assistant City Attorney II to provide legal services to the City. The successful candidate will perform difficult administrative work, prepare legal documents, advise on law, conduct research, participate in court proceedings and supervise clerical staff under general supervision. Responsibilities include researching law, drafting memos, reviewing legal documents, attending meetings for guidance, and supporting major litigation with the City #J-18808-Ljbffr City of Chesapeake Virginia
