Description of Responsibilities:
- Operate the dishwashing machine
- Maintain a safe and sanitary food service environment by sweeping, mopping and pressure washing floors as well sanitizing the dish machine
- Set up and maintain dish and pot washing areas
- Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
- Receives deliveries of food and non-perishable supplies under the direction of culinary services director/cook
- Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Experience:
High school diploma/GED preferred
One (1) previous experience preferred
Required Skills:
- Interest in working with a senior population
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
