Position: Collections Representative
Location: Grand Island, NE
Pay: $16.00/hour during training with the opportunity to earn incentives
Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and Saturdays, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM (flexible hours available)

What You'll Do

As a Collections Representative, you'll work with customers to resolve outstanding balances while providing professional, courteous service. This role combines customer interaction, account management and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Contact customers regarding overdue accounts through outbound calls
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with billing questions
• Process payments and issue refunds
• Resolve billing concerns and customer credit issues
• Update customer account records and collection activity
• Work with customers to establish payment solutions
• Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions
