Viva Life Home Health & Home Care is looking for the right person—not simply someone to fill a marketing position.

We are a locally owned, mission-driven home health and home care organization growing our presence throughout San Antonio and the surrounding communities. We are looking for a relationship-driven healthcare marketer who believes in what we are building and is excited by the opportunity to help grow an organization from the ground up.

This opportunity may begin part-time with a flexible schedule , with the expectation and opportunity for the position to grow as our census, referral relationships, and organization grow.

• Can work independently while remaining connected and accountable to the office and leadership team.

• Is organized and willing to consistently document marketing activity, contacts, follow-ups, and referral opportunities in our CRM.

• Is flexible and understands the needs of a growing organization.

• Wants an opportunity where their role can expand as the organization grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living communities, senior living communities, hospice providers, and other healthcare and community partners.

• Educate referral partners about Viva Life's Medicare-certified home health services and private-pay home care services .

• Identify and develop new referral opportunities throughout San Antonio and surrounding areas.

• Maintain consistent follow-up with existing and prospective referral partners.

• Develop and grow an active book of business.

• Represent Viva Life professionally at community events, networking opportunities, in-services, and professional meetings.

• Work closely with leadership, intake, and clinical operations to ensure appropriate communication and follow-through on referrals.

• Consistently utilize the company's CRM to document contacts, visits, follow-ups, opportunities, and referral activity so the entire team has visibility into relationship development and growth.

• Participate in marketing planning and help identify new opportunities for Viva Life within the community.

Experience & Qualifications

• Healthcare marketing, business development, community liaison, or referral development experience strongly preferred.

• Experience in **home health and home care **is highly desirable.

• Existing San Antonio-area healthcare relationships or an established book of business is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Comfortable initiating conversations and developing new professional relationships.

• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage time effectively in the field.

• Willingness to learn both the home health and home care sides of the business .

• Comfortable using technology and CRM tools to manage relationships and marketing activity.

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout San Antonio and surrounding areas.

Compensation & Growth

This position may initially be structured as a part-time opportunity with flexibility , with compensation based on experience, demonstrated relationships, and the scope of the position.

A performance-based bonus structure will provide additional earning opportunities tied to home care growth and successful starts of care .
