But it's not all chores-far from it! We provide resources to more than 850 individuals with developmental disabilities. With locations from Brigham City to St. George, we offer a full range of services including day programs, residential living, art center programs, summer camp, and supported employment opportunities. We offer generous benefits and promote a work environment where everyone supports each other.WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A RESIDENTIAL DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - DSP?We're looking for a compassionate, fun-loving individual who can work full-time with flexible shifts. No experience? No problem! We provide all the training you need. You just need:A valid driver's licenseA reliable personal vehicle to transport individuals to various places in the community is preferredIf you're ready for a job that's more than just a paycheck-where you can change lives, have fun, and be part of an amazing team-we want to meet you! Our initial application process is super quick and mobile-friendly, so you can apply in minutes!Job Details 1: 12 Hours WeeklySun: 9am-3pmSat: 9am-3pmJob Details 2: 20 Hours WeeklyWed: 11pm to 9am (overnight)Thurs: 11pm to 9am (overnight)These shifts could be combined for a full time 32 hours shiftMust be able to pass a background check upon hire. Any job offer will be based on the results of the background check.
