DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
Rattaché au RESPONSABLE D'ATELIER, vous jouerez un rôle clé de soutien dans la préparation de notre base nautique pour la saison à venir. En tant que Technicien Chef Adjoint, vous participerez à la supervision des opérations techniques quotidiennes et à la coordination de l’équipe. En l’absence du RESPONSABLE D'ATELIER (congés, arrêt maladie ou autres absences), vous assurerez la direction de l’équipe technique et garantirez la continuité des opérations.
RESPONSABILITES PRINCIPALES :
Soutien au RESPONSABLE D'ATELIER
- Assister le RESPONSABLE D'ATELIER dans la planification, l’organisation et la supervision des activités de l’équipe pour la réception des bateaux, les préparations hivernales, les mises en service de printemps, les manutentions d’automne, ainsi que la gestion du stock de la boutique marine.
- Agir comme principal soutien du RESPONSABLE D'ATELIER dans la prise de décision quotidienne et la coordination technique.
- Assumer le rôle de Technicien Chef Adjoint en reprenant les responsabilités managériales lorsque le RESPONSABLE D'ATELIER est absent.
Responsabilités Techniques
- Participer et aider à coordonner les activités de maintenance (mécanique, électricité, menuiserie, travaux composites).
- Assurer le diagnostic et la résolution des problèmes techniques liés aux moteurs diesel, systèmes hydrauliques, circuits électriques et autres équipements embarqués.
- Superviser et participer à l’hivernage des bateaux ainsi qu’aux opérations de maintenance hors-saison, en veillant au respect des règles de sécurité.
Soutien à l’Équipe & Communication
- Apporter conseils et assistance aux techniciens, encourager la coopération et partager les connaissances techniques.
- Collaborer avec le RESPONSABLE D'ATELIER et le Regional Manager pour garantir une organisation efficace, le respect des délais, l’achat de pièces détachées et la gestion des stocks.
- Participer à la formation et à l’intégration des techniciens juniors.
Soutien Opérationnel
- Participer aux réparations hors site et aux interventions d’urgence pendant la saison (avril – octobre).
- Assurer la coordination avec d’autres bases lorsque nécessaire et soutenir les opérations lors des pics d’activité.
COMPÉTENCES :
- Expérience avérée en maintenance nautique ou automobile.
- Bonne connaissance des moteurs diesel, systèmes hydrauliques, composants électriques et autres systèmes techniques.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à guider les techniciens moins expérimentés.
- Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et sens du détail.
- Permis de conduire valide et autorisation complète de travailler en France.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français requise.
Disponibilité pour travailler les samedis durant la saison (avril – octobre) et les dimanches selon un système de rotation.
ATOUTS :
• Certificat d’un collège maritime ou équivalent (apprécié mais non obligatoire).
• Passion pour le nautisme et expérience pertinente.

- Disponibilité pour travailler les week-ends, jours fériés et vacances scolaires durant la saison.
- Flexibilité des horaires selon les besoins opérationnels.
- Grande disponibilité pendant la saison, avec déplacements possibles pour soutenir d’autres bases (permis requis).
- Port de l’uniforme et présentation professionnelle exigés.
