Casino Housekeeping***$600 sign on bonus currently in effect for all new hires!***Responsible for the cleanliness of the casino building and facilities.Sweep, mop and vacuum floors in all assigned areas (including Entertainment Center, Bingo Hall, and Backstage Rooms) of the casino on a daily basisClean and sanitize public and team member bathroomsEmpty and clean ashtrays between EGDs and throughout gaming floorClean all glass, glass doors, and mirrors as assignedReplenish handy wipes between EGDs and in all other assigned areasReplenish paper towels, toilet tissue, and facial tissue in all assigned areasCheck and report damage of any EGD, stool, and all other equipment immediately to Housekeeping SupervisorDust and shine furniture and machinesPick up all debris off floor throughout the entire facilityUse all available safety precautions when handling trash, cleaning restrooms, and any bodily fluidsPlace all used cleaning towels and soiled items in appropriate containersEmpty ashtrays and ash buckets in metal containerEmpty trash on gaming floor and restricted areas throughout the dayTake trash to compactor on a daily basisRespond to urgent situations regarding building and facilities housekeeping needsAssist with keeping the housekeeping area (Cave) cleaned and organizedSpeak clearly into radio so everyone will be able to understand the callUse good radio etiquette at all timesReport all found money, coins, tokens, credits left at or in EGD promptlyReport all lost and found items to Security promptlyAssist with providing guests with drinks, etc.Will perform other duties as assigned by Housekeeping Supervisor, Department Manager, Manager on Duty, or General ManagerGED or High School Diploma preferred, but not requiredNo previous experience needed in Housekeeping or Maintenance areas, but preferredMust have knowledge of housekeeping skills for a large facilityFor safety reason team member must to able to read English
