P&C Insurance Data Analyst

To support data-driven decision-making in the P&C insurance sector, the full-time remote P&C Insurance Data Analytics Engineer will design, build, and govern analytics-ready data assets while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver trusted reporting and analytics solutions. Key responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs and design scalable analytics solutions, including dashboards and reports Design and maintain data models and pipelines within a Snowflake/dbt architecture to support self-service analytics Define data governance standards and validate data outputs to ensure accuracy and reliability Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering within the insurance industry Strong experience with BI platforms such as Sigma or Power BI Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data warehouses, preferably Snowflake Solid understanding of dimensional modeling and data integration methods
