As a Licensed Outpatient Therapist Supervisor at Ellie Mental Health, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care and support.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current in the field.
- Participate in community outreach and educational programs to promote mental health awareness.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed to clients in distress.
- Supervise therapists working towards full licensure.
- Master's degree in Social Work or related.
- Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW.
- 3+ years of clinical experience at the LCSW level and supervisor training or ability to complete supervisory training.
- Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Commitment to ethical practices and continuous professional growth.
- Passion for helping others and promoting mental wellness.
