Territory Business Manager - Scranton, PA

Territory Business Manager Represent Dexcom by calling on physicians, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other institutions focusing on diabetes care. Provide technical expertise and support for Dexcom’s products, working with healthcare professionals to integrate CGM technology into patient care. Responsibilities Influence and support high‑ and low‑prescribing CGM physicians, diabetes education nurses, other health care professionals, office/hospital administrative staff, and durable medical equipment providers to prescribe Dexcom products. Train healthcare professionals to use Dexcom products and integrate them into practice. Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national trade shows and diabetes exhibits to promote Dexcom products to the diabetes community. Provide education on Dexcom products to pharmacies within the assigned territory. Partner with market access, trade, government affairs, district and territory sales teams, and other departments to facilitate territory sales growth. Increase Dexcom’s market share and meet or exceed district/territory sales targets and KPIs. Implement Dexcom strategy and monitor progress toward sales goal achievement using Dexcom analytical tools. Responsible and accountable for meeting territory sales goals as assigned. Complete all administrative requirements in a timely fashion as directed by management. Qualifications Significant teamwork and collaboration with district and territory sales teams. Valid state driver’s license, automobile insurance, and satisfactory driving record. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evening work. Previous medical and pharma sales experience with a high sales success track record preferred. Previous sales experience that is non‑medical and pharma will be considered. Diabetes disease‑state knowledge is a plus. Experience and Education Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5–8 years of related experience. Location and Travel Scranton, Pennsylvania territory. Remote home office preferred; hybrid possible for those within commuting distance. Travel required: 50% to 75%. Benefits and Compensation Salary range: $87,000.00 – $145,000.00.
