Part-Time Clerk at The Well | Wellsville, KS
The Well, liquor store in Wellsville, KS, is looking for a friendly, dependable Part-Time Clerk to join our team! This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, staying busy, and providing great customer service in a relaxed retail environment.
Schedule: Monday - Friday in the evenings as well as all hours Saturday/Sunday.
Store hours are:
- Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Friday & Saturday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
What You'll Do:
- Greet customers, vendors, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Help customers find products and make selections
- Operate the register and POS system
- Handle cash and customer transactions accurately
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays
- Assist with inventory and product rotation
- Help keep the store clean, organized, and well stocked
- Receive and put away inventory as needed
- Lift and move cases of product, including stocking 30-packs in the cooler
What We're Looking For:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid state-issued ID
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Cash-handling experience
- Basic computer skills
- Inventory or stocking experience is a plus
- Friendly, dependable, and comfortable working with customers
- Ability to lift and carry heavier boxes and cases of inventory
