Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification/license
• Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of psycho-educational evaluation, report writing, and individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent communication and consultation skills
• Ability to foster strong relationships with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to ethical practices and continuous professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students referred for evaluation
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop strategies that support academic and social-emotional growth
• Provide individual and group counseling services for students as needed
• Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of IEPs
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to data-driven decisions
• Offer crisis intervention and support student mental health initiatives
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
