Join Our Team as a Family Medicine - Obstetrics Physician

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality obstetric care, with the flexibility to tailor your practice according to personal interests, such as women's health, sports medicine, or delivery volume.
Participate in a collaborative environment with a group of six Family Medicine Obstetricians.
Engage in a balanced work schedule, with a four-day workweek.
For those interested, there is an option to perform surgical obstetrics, with general surgery backup available.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary of $350,000, with additional earnings through RVU and quality bonuses, leading to total compensation often exceeding $550,000.
A comprehensive recruitment package valued at $290,000, which includes:
- $20,000 signing bonus
- $10,000 relocation assistance
- $60,000 retention bonus
- $1,000 monthly residency stipend
- $200,000 incentive that can be applied towards student loan repayment
Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
Opportunities available for H1B and J1 visa candidates.
