The purpose of Maddox PRO is to provide various shared services to Maddox Industrial Transformer and other projects and businesses under common ownership to Maddox Industrial Transformer LLC (MIT). Currently, PRO provides and coordinates all maintenance and upkeep functions for all real estate assets in the owner's portfolio. The vision is to expand these functions to larger industrial and/or commercial operations.The successful candidate will have knowledge of standard maintenance processes and inspection processes for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, strong handyman skills, and project management abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting routine inspections of facilities and equipment as well as performing repairs and scheduling maintenance, with regular travel between locations within the local to which they are hired.
