Dr. Dave's Doggy Daycare & Grooming is a small business in Campbell, CA. We are professional, agile, customer-centric and our goal is to Provide a family like setting for our customers and their pets.

Our work environment includes:

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist in scheduling and communicating with customers
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with appointment planning and coordination
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide support to other departments as needed

Requirements:
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Experience in scheduling is a plus
- Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service representative
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic office procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
