Front of House Manager

We are seeking an experienced FOH Manager with a strong background in upscale or fine-dining restaurants . This role will oversee daily front-of-house operations, lead service teams, maintain exceptional guest experiences, and support the restaurant’s financial and operational goals. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily FOH operations, including dining room, bar, host, and guest services. Deliver consistently high standards of upscale hospitality, service, presentation, and guest engagement . Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop FOH staff. Manage service flow and ensure smooth coordination between FOH and BOH teams. Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues while maintaining brand standards. Monitor labor, sales, guest satisfaction, and operational performance. Enforce restaurant policies related to service standards, safety, sanitation, and compliance. Assist with inventory, ordering, cost control, and cash/financial procedures. Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback. Support special events, private dining, VIP guests, and high-volume service periods. Build a positive, professional team culture focused on hospitality and accountability. Qualifications 2+ years of FOH management experience , preferably in upscale, fine-dining, luxury hotel, or high-end hospitality environments. Strong knowledge of fine-dining service standards, wine/beverage service, POS systems, reservations, and restaurant operations . Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse hospitality team. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of labor management, cost controls, and restaurant profitability.
