About the Role

We are seeking a Solution Consultant to help customers successfully adopt and maximize the value of our software after implementation. This is a highly customer-facing role focused on training, user support, customer engagement, and long-term adoption.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer training and onboarding.
• Provide ongoing product support and troubleshoot user issues.
• Build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted point of contact.
• Proactively engage users to increase adoption and utilization.
• Analyze healthcare claims data to provide relevant, customer-specific guidance.
• Gather customer feedback and contribute to product improvement efforts.
• Create training materials, documentation, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience working with healthcare claims data.
• Background in healthcare fraud, waste & abuse (FWA), investigations, auditing, compliance, claims analysis, SIU, Medicaid Program Integrity, healthcare insurance, or government healthcare programs.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and how data is used to support investigations, oversight, or program integrity.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable learning and adopting new technologies.
• No coding or software development experience required.

Government healthcare experience is a plus; candidates from private healthcare organizations with relevant claims and investigation experience are also encouraged to apply.
