Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Diego, CA, for a Bail Agent Assistant. Responsibilities include supporting bail agents in providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients through the bail process, and handling administrative tasks. The Bail Agent Assistant will answer inquiries, manage documentation, and ensure smooth communication between clients and bail agents to support prompt and efficient service delivery. Qualifications Proficient administrative and organizational skills for managing documentation and client information Strong interpersonal and communication skills for providing excellent customer service and clear explanations of the bail process Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations Basic knowledge of legal or criminal justice processes is a plus Proficiency in using computer applications and office equipment Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays High school diploma or equivalent is required Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Bail Hotline Bail Bonds
