Retail Shift Leader

Location: 10039 Atlantic Blvd. Jacksonville, Florida 32225 Brand: Value Pawn & Jewelry Compensation Pay range is based on experience from $16 to $17 per hour. Initial 5‑week paid training program includes a $0.50 raise upon completion. Potential for higher pay and bonus opportunities. Process loans and extensions, negotiate terms regarding items to be pawned. Perform opening and closing store procedures. Supervise and coach store team members. Maintain friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that sets EZPAWN apart from competitors. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Organized, detail‑oriented, with excellent judgment, time‑management, and prioritization skills. Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics (a plus). Sales background (a plus). Bilingual (a plus).
