Operations Scientist I - LCMS, BioA

Job Responsibilities Conduct bioanalytical sample preparations. Document work and maintain study documentation and laboratory records. Communicate with project managers, lead scientists, and supervisors on projects daily or weekly. Order consumables for projects as needed. Plan assigned workload daily and effectively schedule multiple assignments. Provide detailed sample analysis and inventory updates to project managers and lead scientists to ensure projects meet agreed timelines. Set up, operate, and perform routine and non-routine maintenance on general equipment. Attend and participate in project meetings. Support process improvement initiatives. Maintain a clean and safe laboratory work environment. Participate in client visits as needed. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in chemistry or biology. Two years or more of laboratory experience. Experience using laboratory equipment (e.g., balances, pipettes, centrifuges). Preferred Qualifications Two years or more experience working in a laboratory setting (e.g., balances, pipettes, centrifuges). Experience with analytical instrumentation for gases, liquids, or solids. GLP documentation experience. Computer experience with Word, Excel, or LIMS. Additional Job Standards Work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously. Handle a fast-paced environment. Organized and detailed communication skills. Effective verbal and written communication. Experience with a variety of study types, analysis procedures, and methodologies.
