Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work with treatment teams to develop and follow comprehensive care plans. Progress Documentation: Record patient responses and updates related to treatment goals. Family Communication: Maintain regular contact with families and outside parties to share progress information. Legal Coordination: Prepare and track court commitment documents and participate in related hearings. Work Schedule and Compensation Full‑time employment (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday) with a 30‑minute lunch break. Telework is not an option for this position. Annual salary range: $54,240.00 – $79,062.00. In some cases, the starting salary may be non‑negotiable. Qualifications Minimum of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work or social welfare; candidates within three months of graduating with a qualifying degree are considered. Must meet Pennsylvania residency requirements. Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position.
