The Town of Longboat Key is accepting applications for a Full-Time Permit Technician 1 in our Planning, Zoning & Building Department. A pre-employment physical will be required for new hires. This specialized clerical position handles processing of building permits and change orders, maintains submittal records, and assists the public with permitting requirements.
