Matchwell is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for one of our skilled nursing partners in Roanoke Rapids, NC! See below for full details and benefits. Salary Range: $38.00/hr - $38.00/hr
Schedule: PRN
Position Requirements:
- Current LPN license in good standing
- Preferred experience in rehab and skilled nursing
- Current Tuberculosis screening
- Hepatitis B, Influenza, and COVID vaccinations or approved exemptions
- Background and Drug Screening
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Accurately measure and chart patients' medical history and maintain complete records.
- Monitor patients' conditions and response to care plan, reporting any changes to healthcare team members.
- Administer medications and treatments as outlined in patients' care plan.
- Other duties as assigned.
