BLOOMINGTON, Indiana 47401 Part-Time Starting: $18.50 Hourly 401k, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Medical Insurance, Vision Member Service Representative - Part Time Member Service Representatives (MSRs) are the friendly faces of IU Credit Union within the communities we serve. They build relationships by delivering an outstanding member experience, handling transactions accurately, and identifying needs to connect members with the right solutions. This role thrives on creating positive, in-person interactions where every conversation is an opportunity to make a difference. A Typical Day Greeting members by name and creating a welcoming experience Processing financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing while maintaining an accurate cash drawer Answering member questions and providing information on accounts, services, and products Researching and resolving account issues with professionalism, empathy, and patience Actively listen to identify member needs and recommending products or services that provide meaningful value Remaining vigilant for fraudulent activity on accounts Keys to Success Delivering accurate and timely service in every transaction Building trust with members through positive and caring communication Staying organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment Maintaining professional knowledge and skill set to confidently support members Requirements One or more years of customer service experience High school diploma or equivalent Working directly with members in a face-to-face environment Availability to work onsite Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 10:45am - 3:15pm, Friday 8:45am – 5:45pm, and every Saturday 8:45am - 1:15pm Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms Who We Are At IU Credit Union, we find meaning in our work as we witness the positive impact our efforts have on our members’ lives.
