Pediatric Inpatient Nurse for AI Training

Apply your pediatric inpatient bedside expertise to help improve the accuracy, safety, and reliability of AI tools used in clinical and healthcare settings. You will translate real-world nursing documentation practices into structured feedback, using clinical judgment and close attention to detail.

• Review and assess AI-generated clinical outputs against nursing flowsheet documentation.
• Verify accuracy, completeness, and alignment with current documentation standards.
• Annotate and organize pediatric inpatient nursing assessment data for AI training datasets.
• Provide clinical feedback on nursing assessments and documentation practices.
• Identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies, and potential risks in AI-generated responses.
• Raise clarifying questions when annotation guidance is unclear and help refine guidelines.
• Work with technical teams to improve model performance.
• Help develop high-quality clinical benchmarks.

• Active U.S. RN license, excluding California.
• Recent pediatric acute-care inpatient bedside experience, preferably in a non-procedural inpatient unit.
• Inpatient bedside experience within the past 10 years, with current or more recent documentation experience valued more highly than total years of nursing experience.
• Ability to perform and document comprehensive pediatric nursing assessments.
• Ability to follow detailed annotation guidelines consistently, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written communication and responsiveness to feedback.

• Experience with Epic EHR.
• Comfort learning annotation tools and web-based platforms.
• Ability to efficiently navigate transcripts and use AI-assisted tools while independently verifying outputs.
• Experience with quality-improvement chart review, utilization review, clinical documentation integrity, or clinical informatics.
• Previous annotation, chart abstraction, or healthcare AI experience.
• Comfort discussing edge cases and contributing to guideline refinement.

• Remote, hourly engagement.

• $55 to $65 per hour.

• An active U.S. RN license is required; California RN licenses are not eligible.
