As a Senior Account Manager, you'll develop relationships, lead marketing strategy, guide marketing initiatives, and uncover new opportunities to drive client success. What You’ll Do Drive Client Partnerships Build long-term relationships rooted in trust and measurable results. Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, industry, and goals. Lead strategic planning sessions and business reviews. Proactively identify new opportunities that help clients grow. Drive Marketing Success Lead integrated marketing initiatives from strategy through execution. Continuously evaluate performance and recommend optimizations that improve ROI. Collaborate with our talented creative, digital, strategy, and technical teams to deliver meaningful business outcomes. What Success Looks Like Clients view you as a trusted business advisor. What You’ll Bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 6–10 years of account management experience within a marketing agency. Experience leading integrated, multi-channel marketing programs. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, lead generation, and marketing analytics. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and project management platforms.
