What You'll Bring to the Team:
- Property and Casualty claims management
- Workers' Compensation claims experience
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Microsoft Office
The Position:
- Communicate with claims adjusters to ensure proper claims management action plans
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workers' Compensation laws and regulations
- Prepare professional claim summary reports to clients
- Communicate claims status, results, and make recommendations
- Provide a superior client service experience
- Be a trusted point of contact throughout the claims process
