Brex is seeking a Product and Privacy Counsel to lead privacy and regulatory strategy at the intersection of financial services and technology. You will scale privacy programs, monitor regulatory developments, and guide product teams while partnering with internal stakeholders, bank partners, and regulators to advance Brex's business objectives. You will negotiate data-related contracts, oversee outside counsel, ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance, and help drive a forward-looking privacy program in a #J-18808-Ljbffr Brex
