Job Summary
An ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Registered Nurse position is available at a healthcare facility in Norwich, CT. This role involves providing specialized care in a dual-level unit that includes telemetry, progressive care, and intensive care, with the facility also serving as a primary stroke center. The position is scheduled for night shifts, with shifts of 3 days at 12 hours each, every other weekend, and holiday coverage as needed.

Job Details

• Position: ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Registered Nurse
• Location: Norwich, CT
• Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 3 shifts per week, 36 hours minimum per week
• Required Qualifications: 2 years progressive care or higher experience, CT license, ACLS, NIHSS certification, Epic experience, all submissions must be entered into ShiftWise Submission Packets.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a dual-level telemetry/PCU/ICU unit, stroke certification.
• Additional Information: This unit features 25 beds and provides care at a high level for critically ill patients, including primary stroke care.
