Key Qualifications:

• Current license as a Physical Therapist in the state
• Experience providing therapy in a hospital setting preferred

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and establish evidence-based therapy goals
• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy treatments to support patient recovery, mobility, and function
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting therapeutic approaches as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitative exercises and strategies for at-home care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using hospital systems
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to promote positive patient outcomes
