Position Summary Per diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – Norwell, MA. Join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department and deliver high-quality care in a supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting. Collaborate with other rehabilitation therapists and nursing staff to support patient care. Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Demonstrate strong computer skills and attention to detail. Adapt to flexible schedules and variable hours as part of a per-diem roster. Work effectively within a team-based environment. Qualifications Current Physical Therapy Assistant license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain one. Experienced with electronic health record systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform therapy in a sub-acute/skilled nursing setting.
