Role Overview: Provide nursing care within a specialized unit, adhering to professional standards and Texas Nurse Practice Act, while collaborating with team members and utilizing resources effectively. Focus on expanding expertise in a specific area and supporting institutional goals. Key Responsibilities: Deliver patient-centered nursing care based on ANA standards. Recognize when assistance is needed and seek appropriate support. Balance dependent and interdependent decision-making. Enhance knowledge and skills within the specialty area. Align practice with nursing, institutional, and health system initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or higher. Valid Texas RN license. American Heart Association BLS certification. Minimum of 2 years RN experience in PACU, Pre-Op, or Endoscopy. Basic computer skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Experience in Pre-Op, PAT, ER, Infusion Therapy, ASC, or hospital settings. Compensation & Benefits: Salary ranges from $28.94 to $51.63 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
