This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a team of experienced professionals, supporting high-net-worth clients through strategic planning, investment management, and long-term financial guidance. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely and high-quality responses Collaborate with senior advisors to develop and present comprehensive financial strategies Analyze client portfolios and recommend strategic and tactical improvements Prepare client deliverables, including cash flow analysis, asset allocation, and long-term planning models Evaluate financial data and identify planning opportunities across investments, tax, estate, and risk management Support advanced financial modeling (e.g., tax strategies, equity compensation planning, wealth transfer) Oversee portfolio rebalancing, trading activity, and implementation of approved strategies Lead and participate in client meetings; manage follow-up actions and execution Maintain accurate client records and planning documentation within CRM systems Partner cross-functionally with investment, tax, and estate planning specialists Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development Ensure timely execution of client requests including trades, wires, and account updates Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required 4+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or related field Experience with RIA firms, wealth management firms, or Big 4 accounting firms strongly preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ability to learn new systems quickly Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail Self-starter with strong ownership and accountability Full-time, on-site role in Minneapolis, MN Collaborative, team-oriented culture with flexibility and growth opportunities Additional Information Visa sponsorship is not available for this role now or in the future #J-18808-Ljbffr S Piper Staffing LLC
