• Pay Range: $20.00-$23.00/per hour, based on experience and education
• Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per

week required * Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability Hiring Bonus * $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months * $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months Additional Pay Incentives

• + $2/hour for weekend shifts
• + $5/hour for company-observed holidays
• An additional $1.00 will be offered for Spanish bilingual candidates. Fluency

will be assessed through a test. * Candidates with a completed BA or BS will be offered an additional $1.00 per hour, with a copy of the degree required during onboarding Schedule Needs: * Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm – 8:00pm Now Hiring In:

Who We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow
• Reliable transportation

Your Role: Making a Lasting Impact As a Behavior Interventionist, you’ll do more than provide care you’ll empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive. Your key responsibilities include: * 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more). * Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life. * Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress. * Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps. * Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential. * Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes. * Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
