Integrated Program Planning Manager

The LMS (Land & Maritime Solutions) Integrated Program Planning Manager is a functional leadership role within the Integrated Program Planning organization, responsible for program schedules for the LMS Market Segment within the Training & Logistics Solutions (TLS) Line of Business. This role reports to the TLS Integrated Program Planning Sr. Manager and is based in Orlando, FL. Responsibilities Lead the integrated program planning team, providing qualitative and quantitative data analysis for program performance management leadership to meet critical schedules, identify opportunities, and recommend actions to mitigate program risks. Manage program staffing and develop organizational talent through training, coaching, facilitation of new assignments, and building a pipeline for growth across the TLS Planning team. Serve as partner to Program Management, F&BO leadership, external customers, subcontractor partners, and the RMS Earned Value Policy & Compliance organization by communicating program status, addressing execution and compliance risks, supporting proposal efforts, and creating value for successful program execution. Qualifications Experience developing strong relationships with Program Management, Customers, Functional Leads, and Subcontractor partners. Earned Value Management skills and advanced integrated cost/schedule management experience. Experience with capture/proposal management process—development and management of capture/proposal schedules. Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work well in a team environment. Experience delivering project briefings to internal and external customers. Experience in business leadership roles and proven track record of success and high performance, including development of talent within teams. Extensive experience using scheduling software such as MSProject, OpenPlan, or Primavera. Previous full EVM, agile, and production program scheduling experience and knowledge. Desired Skills Strong influencing and relationship management skills. Knowledge of integration with a Prime Contractor’s Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Critical Path Methodology; Schedule Risk Assessment and Analysis; Risk and Opportunity Management. DCMA surveillance and DDM reporting. Security Clearance This position requires a government security clearance and a U.S. citizenship. Clearance level: Secret.
