Infrastructure Project Manager

You’re here to build what’s next, on a team that outperforms every norm. Responsibilities You'll lead management teams at all levels across large projects and accounts. You'll work with account leadership, client commercial and business stakeholders to understand client needs and priorities. You'll develop staff across multiple projects and accounts taking responsibility for supporting performance management activities. You'll take accountability for identification, escalation and resolution of commercial and contract risks and issues working with leadership to ensure the best outcome for all parties. You'll engage in pre‑award sales activities, assist with deal shaping, negotiate commercial and contractual outcomes with sales teams and business leadership, including contract drafting support. You'll be client facing and have a key role in building trusted relationships with client counterparts. You'll be a leader as well as team player, collaborative and persuasive. You’ll be able to work well with executives and non‑executives. Flexible : The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center. With all our roles, there is some in‑person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs. Qualifications Minimum 10 years relevant experience as a contract manager with exposure to complex deals. Proven team management experience. Bachelor’s degree required. Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with client executives at all levels of the organization and be capable of supporting discussions to influence key commercial and contracting decisions. Significant understanding of commercial contracting regulations and principles, subcontracting practices; and commercial contracting terms and conditions. Open to work with and understand cross‑cultures and locations throughout the Accenture global organization. Member of International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM) or National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and/or professional certification considered a plus.
